Salmon
| Ingredients Serves 2: 2- 8 oz. fillets Salmon ½ cup - soy sauce ½ - lemon juice 2 - garlic cloves minced ½ cup – sherry ¼ cup – vegetable oil Directions Preheat oven to 350°: Add together soy sauce, lemon juice, sherry and garlic then beat in oil. Put Salmon in a Ziploc bag with the marinated and refrigerator for a couple three hours. Place salmon in a ceramic/glass dish (sprayed with oil) and pour some of the marinated on top. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, fish is done when it is easily flaked with a fork. Bon Appétit!!
