Ken’s Popovers
Ingredients
1 cup - all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon - salt
1 teaspoon - sugar
1 tablespoons - butter, melted and cooled
1 cup - milk
2 - large eggs
 
Directions
Preheat oven 400°
Grease containers and lightly flour. In a bowl mix together flour, salt and sugar – add butter, milk and eggs and mix with an electric mixer until very smooth (about 2 ˝ minutes) scraping bowl frequently. Pour into greased container, filling each ˝ full.
Bake for 40 minutes (I set my containers on a baking stone) or until I have a richly brown shell.
DO NOT  OPEN OVEN UNTIL DONE.
