Sorlie Goulash
| Ingredients 1 lb - ground beef ˝ of a (16 oz) - box of Elbow Macaroni 1 - medium onion 3 - cloves garlic ˝ - green pepper ˝ - red or yellow pepper 3 - stacks celery 2 (4 oz cans) - mushrooms or box of sliced fresh mushrooms 1 (15 oz can) - stewed tomatoes 1 (10 3/4 oz can) - tomatoes soup Directions Preheat oven 350°: Boil
macaroni in water for about 8 minutes (or as instructed on package).
Brown meat in large frying pan and add onions and garlic until onion
become limp/translucent. Add mushrooms and peppers
and celery. Cook until mushrooms are done (about 5
minutes). Add soup and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain
macaroni and combined hamburger mix into a large baking dish or oven
proof bowl. Add tabs of butter to top and bake for 45min. Bon Appétit!!
